This sponsor kit allows you to share detailed information with your partners, contacts, leads, clients, etc even before the Mighty Giveback artist is officially announced or between Mighty Giveback fundraising cycles.
In addition to what is detailed in this kit, we welcome conversations that allow us to customize a package to best meet the partners needs.

In-kind donations help us minimize costs while still throwing the best party of the year. The most helpful in-kind donations include:
- VIP Food or Decor, such as catering, alcohol or other beverages, flowers, rentals
- Backstage support, such as runners, catering, rental SUVs/vans
- Media, such as produced video, photography, graphic design, website support
- Marketing, such as billboards, PR support, publication, signage
- Merch, including physical printable items and printing -
Our VIP Silent Auction is one of the main ways we help off-set costs for our VIP experience… and provide amazing items for our concert-goers to bid on. A donation of an item to our auction is a direct investment in elevating our event to amplify the work of nonprofits in our community.
