Band Together NC is an officially recognized 501(c)3 charitable organization. The amount of your cash contribution minus the fair market value of goods or services you received from Band Together (tickets, for example) may be deducted as a charitable contribution under federal income tax laws, which subject to the limitations contained in such laws.
