Oak City Cares connects people experiencing homelessness to housing, healthcare, and critical mental health support through a coordinated, one-stop resource hub.
PORCH Communities is a grassroots nonprofit uniting thousands of volunteers to collect food from porches each month, creating a reliable supply for local pantries.
